Message: It's been several weeks since taking my care to Roy's Auto Body at the Base-yard. I wanted to wait long enough to see if I might experience a negative in terms of the quality of their work. I am very happy to report that my initial experience was very pleasant. I was most impressed with the level of honesty Roy's entire staff exhibited during the performance of their responsibilities. My car was repaired to look like new. They even detailed the engine area and cleaned my car's interior and no trace of the accident, I was involved in, is detectable. I want to give special recognition to, and commend, "Justin" for accurately estimating (but not promising) the time he thought it would take to repair my car. Because of my experience at Roy's Auto-body, I plan to have more work done and am recommending Roy's to anyone looking for a truly good auto body shop experience.
