Message: I was happy to see my vehicle finally got repaired but i had to let them know I was going off-island.. However, the lack of customer service and communication was poor. Then I picked up my truck just to find the two additional tail bed trims weren't put on and not given to me. Just before I left the location, I noticed only one side was installed by precision auto body. So, I asked why it wasn't the other two put on? Since I was okay with the additional cost of $50. 00 to have them put in.. Because I ask what happened, is when I was given the two additional parts of the truck tail bed trim. However, i almost left thevshop and they wouldn't given it to me. Total bs by Precision auto body company. So, I put the two missing trims by myself. It only took me 25 minutes. What a joke! I now will not trust Precision auto body after this issue.
