Message: From very beginning, very personable, informative, polite, efficient staff. Their communication skills and customer service were outstanding; answered all questions or got back with information promptly. Follow ups were timely. Staff kindly drove me to Enterprise since I arrived a little before 8am (rental car’s start time). When picking up car, I didn’t know the office closes for lunch and happened to get there just before they closed their gate. They still processed my paperwork with pleasant attitude, sent me on my way quickly. I think the names of those who helped me were Todd, Bryce, a gentleman from UK, the nice lady in the office at noon today. Thank you to all of you. And car looks good.
