Message: There are no words to express how wonderful these people are! They deliver a truly exceptional customer experience. I was helping out a friend & had to bring her car to them twice—both times they went above and beyond the call of duty! The first time, Rick checked my tires and filled them, plus he did a temporary fix on a broken part—no appointment, no charge—on a very hot day. The 2nd time I had an appointment & waited, so I had the opportunity to see how they treated every single person who came in the door with kindness and respect. Elsie and Trisha were warm, patient, very clear in their communication, and extremely helpful. The charges were completely reasonable for all the work they did. I feel very fortunate to have found them during such a stressful time. Highest recommendation!
