Message: Very good service. One of the ladies gave us a ride back to the hotel after we returned our car. That was a very pleasant surprise. This was my fifth rental from Alamo in Hawaii and all in all it has proven to be a very good car rental company.

Message: Beyond thankful for the free shuttle ride from the airport. They also helped us ride back to the hotel for a credit card. The staff is so friendly and fun and it's an easy process to rent the car. The car is amazing and drives so smooth. Recommend booking it through Costco for cheaper prices.

Message: Arrived at the airport, was shuttled to the Alamo car rental pick-up location. Picking up our reserved car was quick and easy. We reserved a large SUV for a family of five. We left and went to Costco to do our food run before heading to our resort. We had trouble starting the car, we drove the car back to the rental car facility and informed them of the problem. Trey was great, he was so apologetic he made the whole inconvenience more pleasant, he was polite and they even unloaded all our luggage and Costco run to the new rental car. He upgraded our vehicle for the inconvenience. Thank you Trey!
